This one works differently than the rest of what we do. Case management, vocational services and legal support are handled in-house. Safety is not, and we don't pretend otherwise: we've partnered with safety professionals in the industry so our clients have access to worksite safety consultations and representation during a Labor & Industries inspection without having to go find that expertise cold, in the middle of an inspection, under pressure. The point of the partnership is timing. A safety consultant who already knows the worksite is worth more on inspection day than one meeting it for the first time.
Before and during a DOSH inspection
It's smart money practice to have a knowledgeable safety consultant at hand both during and prior to an inspection by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health. A consultation ahead of time can surface the kind of finding an inspector would otherwise flag first. Representation on the day itself means the employer isn't walking the site alone with an inspector, working out on the spot what a citation might mean.

What the partnership actually covers
Most employers only think about worksite safety reactively, after an incident has already produced a claim or after DOSH has already scheduled a visit. By then the only options left are defensive ones. A safety consultation done ahead of time looks at the same worksite without that pressure, and it's the cheaper problem to fix in every sense that matters. We coordinate the introduction and the scheduling on your behalf; the consultation itself and any inspection-day representation is carried out by the partnered safety professional, not by BridgeMark staff directly.
