BridgeMark Claims Services was established so that Washington State employers are not overpaying for industrial insurance. That is the whole reason the firm exists, and it is the reason our vocational and legal departments work every claim together rather than in sequence: a claim that sits waiting between two departments is a claim that costs more the longer it sits.
We are small on purpose. There is no letterhead full of names here, and we would rather you judge us on what we are credentialed to do than on a roster of staff bios. Our staff carries over 30 years of combined experience in Washington State workers' compensation specifically, not general insurance and not another state's system. That experience is what moves a claim, not the size of the office it sits in.
We work Washington State only. From Edgewood, WA, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Our vocational and legal departments coordinate to resolve claims quickly and at the lowest cost. We represent employers at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, from mediation through hearing, when a worker appeals a Department of Labor and Industries decision. The same coordination that gets someone back to light duty is what stands behind you if that claim is later appealed.
